THE PURPLE BOOK TOUR
In this series of Autumn events, Leslie and Sue will launch two new novels: Lavender Blues: Three Shades of Love – Book 1, Purple by Leslie Tate, and Flashback and Purple by Sue Hampton.
At each event the two authors will explore the creative process and how a book begins, grows and develops. The sessions will be full of ideas and insights into modern fiction, using pictures, music, handouts and interactive exercises.
Below are the dates. All events are free, but seats are limited. To book a session please use the CONTACT tab. After each session Leslie and Sue will sign their books.
WED, OCT 21ST BERKHAMSTED LIVE hosts Purple, a mixed-media show featuring songs by Sarah Pollard, art by Catherina Van Hoey,oey two discussions – Poetry and Flowers with Trevor Davies and The Art of Comedy with Ryan Thievam – plus a double book launch with words, music and pictures by Leslie Tate and Sue Hampton.

FRI, OCT 23rd SHOOT ME STUDIOS and CYNTHIA NOLAN host Leslie and Sue presenting an author’s view on language-led and character-driven novels.

SAT OCT 24th DAR PAPILLON CAFÉ AND EMPORIUM invite you to a performance upstairs where Sue and Leslie will tell the story of what shaped and inspired their new books.
